Design, supply and installation of fire hose reel cabinets, hydrants and related fittings for new and existing buildings, prepared to Bomba design requirements and the Uniform Building By-Laws (UBBL) 1984.
Design and installation of fire alarm and smoke detection systems, backed by passive architectural and active mechanical drawings prepared to Bomba specifications.
Installation, inspection and repair of automatic sprinkler systems, including troubleshooting of control panels, wiring and components to keep systems fully operational.
Periodic checking of control panels, electrical wiring and equipment condition, with repair work planned against building blueprints and equipment manuals to keep systems compliant year-round.
Fire protection system inspections carried out under the authority of Jabatan Bomba dan Penyelamat Malaysia, with scope-of-service and servicing reports documented to a standard template for audit and certification purposes.
On-site fire drill coordination and basic fire safety awareness training, helping staff respond correctly and meet Bomba safety expectations.
Scheduling, planning, resourcing and managing government and tender-based fire safety projects — overseeing safety objectives, legal requisites and quality control from proposal through completion.
